RECURRING DONATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Recurring Donation is contracted with SupporterHub (and the banking partner Fat Zebra Pty Ltd ACN 154 014 785, APCA User ID Number 50257) and will collect the Instalments due. Outlined are your obligations when undertaking a Recurring Donation arrangement and what our obligations are to you as your Recurring Donation provider.
Debiting your account
- By accepting the terms and conditions, you have authorised us to arrange for funds to be debited from your account.
- We will only arrange for funds to be debited from your account as authorised in the Recurring Donation Request.
- If the debit day falls on a day that is not a banking day, we may direct your financial institution to debit your account on the following banking day. If you are unsure about which day your account has or will be debited you should ask your financial institution.
Amendments by us
We may vary any details of this agreement or a Recurring Donation Request at any time by giving you at least fourteen (14) days written notice.
Your obligations
- It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account to allow a Recurring Donation payment to be made in accordance with the Recurring Donation Request.
- If there are insufficient clear funds in your account to meet a debit payment:
- you may be charged a fee and/or interest by your financial institution;
- you may also incur fees or charges imposed or incurred by us; and
- you must arrange for the debit payment to be made by another method or arrange for sufficient clear funds to be in your account by an agreed time so that we can process the debit payment.
- You should check your account statement to verify that the amounts debited from your account are correct
Dispute
- If you believe that there has been an error in debiting your account, you should notify us directly or as soon as possible so that we can resolve your query quickly. Alternatively you can take it up directly with your financial institution.
- If we conclude as a result of our investigations that your account has been incorrectly debited we will respond to your query by arranging for your financial institution to adjust your account (including interest and charges) accordingly. We will also notify you in writing of the amount by which your account has been adjusted.
- If we conclude as a result of our investigations that your account has not been incorrectly debited we will respond to your query by providing you with reasons and any evidence for this finding in writing.
Accounts
You should check:
- Your account details which you have provided to us are correct by checking them against a recent account statement; and
- With your financial institution before completing the Recurring Donation Request if you have any queries about how to complete the Recurring Donation Request.
Confidentiality
- We will keep all information (including your account details) in your Recurring Donation confidential. We will make reasonable efforts to keep any such information that we have about you secure and to ensure that any of our employees or agents who have access to information about you do not make any unauthorised use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information.
- We will only disclose information that we have about you:
- to the extent specifically required by law; or
- for the purposes of this agreement, including disclosing information in connection with any query or claim.

Donations to FFAR can be made in the form of single (one-off) financial donations, regular financial donations, gifts in kind (donations of material items and services that we can use to help our cause), and bequests. FFAR will determine where the funds are directed within its services. If a donation is designated to a specific project, FFAR will use reasonable endeavours to direct that donation to the designated project, but is not obligated to comply with such requests. Donations of gifts in kind will also be directed as determined by FFAR.
FFAR can provide official receipts for financial donations of $2.00 or more. Donors providing single financial donations receive a receipt for each donation, and donors providing regular financial donations receive a receipt depending on the schedule selected (eg. monthly donations will generate monthly receipts). FFAR also accepts anonymous donations but is unable to issue a tax-deductible receipt to the donor in such circumstances.
This website is enabled for online donations using a secure donation server. However, despite the security on the website, you should be aware that there are risks in transferring information across the Internet.

Forever Friends Animal Rescue (FFAR) collects personal information – such as names, addresses, emails and telephone numbers – to the extent that is necessary for its activities, including:

- administering and managing donations;
- responding to your enquiries;
- keeping you informed of upcoming events, promotions, and new information;
- when thought necessary, conducting surveys that will ultimately benefit FFAR and the animals it seeks to save;

- when you donate to us.

Some promotions (e.g. lotteries) involve a third party. We will provide your details only to the outside organisation for the specific purpose of providing this service.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of charity donations, and the fact that Forever Friends Animal Rescue (FFAR) is a 100% volunteer run organisation, refunds are given at our discretion.

FFAR will refund your donation if there was a system error with the donation processing, or if any recurring donation did not cancel correctly when requested.
In the event of any of the following:
- an incorrect amount being entered at the time of the donation being made
- the donation being made accidently
- any other extremely unusual circumstance in relation to a particular donation,
please contact us at info@foreverfriends.org.au within two business days of this occurring. We will then review the request and respond within three business days.
If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer truthful so it should be shredded.

All items are made to order, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, or are unhappy with the style or size of the item purchased.
If there has been an error with the style, size, type, or number of items delivered, or the actual print, we will send out a replacement and cover all associated costs:
- for items purchased through our Merch Store, please send a quick snap of your item/s (with the size and print visible) to help@dasautomat.com and we’ll make it right
